1. How do I place an order on the website?

Simply choose your desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Then, fill in your shipping information and select a payment method to complete the purchase.


2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — if your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you may request a change or cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible via hotline: 090 333 3841 or email at: hotro.trahoanglong@gmail.com . Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.


3. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery time is typically 7-21 business days, depending on your location. 


4. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees vary by delivery method and location:

  • Standard shipping: 35$


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • PayPal for international customers (Please contact us for assistance with international payments)

6. What is your refund policy?

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing

  • You receive the wrong product

Refund processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your original payment method.


7. Can I inspect the product before making payment?

Yes. You may inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any issues or the product does not match your order, please contact us immediately for support.


8. Can I request urgent delivery?

Not yet. We current do not offer express delivery services, please wait for later update.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to check the delivery status via the shipping provider’s website or by contacting us directly.


10. Are there any promotions or discounts available?

Yes. We frequently run special promotions and discounts. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest offers.


11. How should I store the tea?

To maintain its quality, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it in an airtight container or sealed packaging to preserve its freshness and aroma.


12. Can I return a product?

Yes. If the product is defective or does not match the description, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.


13. Where do your tea products come from?

Our teas are sourced directly from renowned tea-growing regions in Vietnam and internationally, selected with a strict commitment to premium quality.
